From Your District Deputy
Brothers, One thing about being D.D. is that we get to visit other councils. Doing this I have made a few observations. One of the things I have seen is that everyone thinks that only the membership director can recruit. The fact is that every one of us members are recruiters. We all know what the Knights stand for and do. So get out there and spread the good news. Secondly, I realize that our insurance is voluntary. But with their backing the Knights could not do the good deeds it does. There was money send to the Texas coast to help our brothers there when both Hurricanes hit. Money has been sent to Haiti. Money has been spent to promote our Catholic beliefs. I could go on, but you all have heard me tell about these things before. We have a new Field Agent so give him a call and see what he has to offer
Last thing is, I will tell you where we stand as far as our membership and insurance goals:
Our goal for membership is 8 we have net 3. Our goal for insurance is 3 we have net 2. We need to work on reaching our goal. Our council has never missed reaching our goal. So we need to get out and help our council. After all you are the best council in the district. The best district in the Diocese and the best Diocese in the State.
